Is this article biased, or is it a true representation of what's going on and it is just the world that's broken?

The council refused permission, but the SNP government overturned the local decision on appeal. Well done SNP an unbelievable decision.

You'd have thought after the Trump debacle they'd be a bit more sensitive to these kind of things.

I think before any building is done on such an iconic battleground they should be forced to get permission from the various bodies concerned.

Shocking decision. Absolute sacrilege. Building on a war grave.

They aren't building on the actual battlefield but if you've been to look at it you'll understand that it will change the look of the place.

"I think before any building is done on such an iconic battleground they should be forced to get permission from the various bodies concerned."

Might be a bit of a problem, seeing as they've been dead for 272 years ?

Clever semantics though.

Build on all these so called historic sites. Progress shouldn't be stopped for something that happened centuries ago.
It's time we stared building in the the public and Rex park too, bottom half of the glen should be utilised as well. 😉

We need jobs and homes more than we need a big bit of empty land near to where some battle took place. Get them built.
