I used to work for a New Jersey company and there were no non white people anywhere near higher management. During a senior meeting the presenter included in his speech, offensive jokes on race to which the Europeans all walked out.
Endemic issue in America business and actually I was blind to this in that company, until that moment.
The individual retained his position without issue or penalty.
The strange thing is that it was a global conference and in the conference meetings there were many nationalities and races. This is how I realised that the presenter targeted the audience.
Abhorrent behaviour.

I was at conference about 18 months ago
The motivational speaker was an ex-Navy Seal, he talked about bombing in the middle east and storming villages etc
about 20% of the audience were from that region and got up and walked out along with pretty much all the women and most of the european males
Totally awkward and bad choice for the conference

I hope the presenter got sacked.The state govt mandating quotas for boards seats for any group is not a good development.
