To justify a bonus like that you would expect the guy to be some kind of superhuman but he's not prepared to answer a simple question.

"Everything that is wrong" steady on.It is particularly egregious though when the share price is down 25% for the year.

It takes a special type of person not to accept they are making an unreasonable amount of money and agree a lower number.

He can't be that smart as he can't even answer a simple question.

You have to wonder at those who draw up the bonus agreements, golden handshakes and pensions in the first place. This is very reminiscent of Freddie Goodwin.

Do they seriously believe these guys wouldn't sign up for anything less?
