Do you really need to post the whole quote. Some threads get silly lengths.
It clarifies who you are replying to but you can just include the posters name and first line with the same result.

I'll clear that up for you, I asked a poster a simple question ABOUT THE MATCH and he set of on a tirade of abuse nd accusation that would have got anyone else a red card, I responded cordially every single time and kept on topic, at least get your aim right if you haven't the guts to say straight out.
