According to Pew there are 5.8 billion religiously affiliated to one degree or another(84% of the globe) that's quite a lot of so called illness.

I don't know how it can to be or if something has always existed.
It really doesn't matter.
I am almost certain the answer is not supernatural.
Provide evidence showing it is supernatural and I am open to persuasion.

Until then I am happy not knowing.

I pretty sure Earth was created by the Magratheans though.

The evidence is the structure of the universe and it's contents.Time, space and matter would have to be introduced simultaneously by an outside agent.

A builder isn't stuck inside his building.

Those Magratheans weren't into overdoing it eh!

"Almost certain". Good. Still hope then 😉

The lack of evidence is indeed evidence that it must be supernatural. Natural is impossible.
We just don't understand how the supernatural works, and dismissing the concept of a spiritual element wont help research.
