Mark Flemming who heads the scottish branch of Sport Chaplaincy UK spoke at The Vine Church today (Sunday).
He spoke about improving mental health and although it was a Christian sermon there is a lot of really important and helpful stuff in there. Well worth the listen even if you don't agree with the religious parts.

Mark is very good, I organised for him to come into my work and speak to apprentices about gambling, relationships and a generalisation of mental health issues.
Excellent speaker

It was noticed that the young apprentices were on their phones a lot and certain gambling sites were being used. The basis was to show how a habit can turn into an addiction. It was very good and although no names were mentioned with Mark being the chaplain of the SFA talking about footballers for the message across.
A talk on life and life experiences was really good, touching on mental health and well being.

Anyone with even slight mental health issues will benefit from watching the video. Don't be put off by the Christian aspect if you are anti religion.
