not sure if you mean apps that will design a logo from stock icons / shares etc, but are adobe not the best ones and what people generally use?

i think free versions of them are inkscape - illustrator, gimp - photoshop

No I need one for editing images and creating quality documents. Dont mind paying for a good one.

Had a look at photoshop. 7 day free trial then £59 plus vat per month. Ooft!
