I do lots of work with our offices in Hong Kong, China and other asian countries and they all do very long hours.
I generally start really early to accommodate the time difference, but we will continue to work for most of my day which is well into the evening for them.
What I find interesting is the knock on effects of that lifestyle, eg eating habits, family /social life, etc
Wouldn't be for me, I work to live not the other way round

That's the way,treat your workers like disposable commodities.If one falls over through exhaustion/mental fatigue just get another.

Don't these guys have enough sense to realise an well rested,appreciated employee will boost productivity.apparently not.
