 Paris - CDG

Looking for some advice guys. Heading to see Metallica next week in Paris. Do any of you guys know if you can get to Central Paris on the metro from the airport or is it a bus job?

Any info Much appreciated.

The quickest & least expensive way from Roissy-Charles de Gaulle (CDG) Airport to Paris is by taking the RER B city train leaving from either CDG Terminal 2 or Roissypole (RER trains for CDG Terminal 1 and CDG Terminal 3).

Be sure to secure a second mortgage before considering buying anything at that airport. Been to quite a few over the years and that's been the most expensive one by miles.

Rail links for CDG are excellent, landed at 1045 and was in the pub at the Stade de France which is a hike just after 12 before the rugby earlier this year. Central Paris should be about half an hour

As an indication of Uber we got one from le Golf National to CDG for £65 which was 37 miles which seemed ok for the time saved.

Don't do the coach transfer.... did it years ago and spent a good couple of hours in traffic..... was told that was a good day!

Return journey we went by train; it was a quick and simple transfer.
