In the mood for one tonight, not had one for yrs and used to go to Shalimar in Rosyth. So where is the best place to go now?

Can't go wrong with Serena.
If you're ordering it though phone them direct and collect. Don't go through Just Eat as they charge Β£3 for delivery through that site which is a complete rip-off.

Top of Dunn crescent was always best in toon. Not had the pleasure after Donni passed Away but was always best in town. The red sauce was to die for.
Feel a home trip coming on.

Istanbul in the toon. The one next to the gladyer inn for Rosyth. Shalimar isnβt good but their pizzas are great

All pretty pihs nowadays, nothing like back in the day.
I used to make them in the Topkapi when I can assure you it was pure best lamb.
They are so pale and pilly wally nowadays due to the rusk added.
The darker the elephants leg the more lamb in the meat, the suppliers have about 10 grades the more lamb the higher the cost.
The Brig on Linburn used to one of the best, not had one for a while though.
Had a kebab last night from the Brig, always very nice and very little grease.

I used to prefer the Brig on the very rare occasions that I fancied a kebab but unfortunately the last one I got from there was utterly gowpin.
That was two months ago.
Not tried anywhere else yet but have heard from a work mate that the wee chippy next to the Gladyer does a good one.

Clearly dissatisfied with the normal alternatives such as "minging", "howling", "bogging", "reeking" and (my personal favourite) "beeling", Widders has chosen to go with "gowpin", an unusual choice which unleashes (unleashes!) several questions in my mind... why is it gowpin and not beeling?

Fair enough... a rather gowpin decision imo which leaves me feeling a wee bit emotionally beeling, but it is of course your choice...

If you are opting for the Brig, order online first even if you are collecting-10% discount and saves you waiting in the queue.

I will remove my comment from your post if you so wish sir.
Twas not meant as anything but a thank you for moderating your language from your original post which was rightly removed.
No idea what you're on about regarding bygone days... As I said... Before my time.
I will say this though... If you think admin tampering with your post is illegal... You need to re-read the rules and chill out a bit too.
I added a light hearted thank you.... That was all.
Regards
Widders

It really wasnt that bad. HH asked for the comment added to his post to be removed and then made a reference to previous regimes which was a bit of a pop but not exactly worthy of a black card. Unless I've missed something it seems a bit of an over reaction.

Seriously though, at no point did Harry ask for a black card, can we have a bit of unbiased reflection and rescind?
Seems very harsh and whilst HH may sometimes provoke he rarely gets carded or loses the heid...
