Another report in the Press today one of several in the last couple of months where a woman has been assaulted and yet again the sentence is very light'
This makes me annoyed surely these people s
should be put behind bars for a minimum sentence.
Imagine a woman or man that has the courage to take someone to court thinking they might get some respite and then finding out they could bump in to the person out and about.

These are the ones that go as far as court too. Many more go undetected, insufficient evidence, withdrawn statements or are ditched by the fiscal.

I think the prisons must be full with all the community service being dished out. There seems to be a revolving door with some of them too.

It doesn't matter if prisons are full, the people that have reported the crime have been beaten and abused only to find out that the bullying bastards will likely be beating on them again that night.

Can't lock people up if the prisons are full. Personally, I'd treat aggressive people in the same way we treat aggressive animals.
