We can do it but the regulator - and, by virtue of this, our Advice Quality Team - assume a starting point that it is best advice to leave a DB scheme where it is.
You've generally got to be at least 53 years old for it to get off the starting line (assuming good health) and then you've got to construct a case for transfer from there.
