 Moving Sky Equipment

I have moved my living room around recently but the cable from my satellite now doesn't reach to where i have the TV etc. I spoke with sky and they wanted to charge £65 to extend the cable. Is there any other way i can sort this myself for cheaper? I've had a look online but I have not found anything that says works with sky only found aerial extensions.

Unless you are tied into a contract tell Sky that you are leaving them-no doubt that will encourage them to fit it for free.
