You learn something new every day. I always assumed owning something like that would be illegal!

Edited to add: unless you had a legitimate fire fighting type reason for owning it.

I've always fancied buying an old police car and travelling at high speed to the Cook County tax assessors office in order to save the penguins orphanage with loads of police cars chasing me.... Oh and I'd like to drive through a shopping mall while I'm at it.
But I got pulled over at the traffic lights ootside the Palace by the rollers.
They had SCMODS!!!
I hate scmods 🤣
