 Double glazing repair

A few of our windows don't close quite right (slight gap). A quick Google suggest it's likely failed hinges. Noticed in the Press that CR Smith can fix this but not sure about reputation. Any views? Not likely to get them fixed anytime soon but just curious after seeing their advert.

Had to replace large gassed window. Surprisingly CR Smith were cheapest. Repair done quickly and efficiently with follow up call to check all was okay.
