That's odd. He gets 3 times the pre-tax profit for the whole of Scottish Rugby.
I work for a huge company with a ridiculously well paid boss, and even then she 'only' gets 0.001 times our pre-tax profit.
Maybe Scottish Rugby should do the same, although Dodson might not be too impressed with 308 quid a year.
