Disciplinary panel have set punishments for offences but they are allowed to shorten the bans if they see fit.

I honestly think he did it as a bit of fun wee eck in what was a brutal contest But it is not allowed and he has previous form

Sexual assault surely ? If allegedly placing your hand on a part of someone’s body, thigh, backside for example without consent can be deemed as sexual assault then surely this was also? Considering this was done in front of thousands with million more watching on TV as opposed to one persons word against another’s.
