 Lucky enough to have been to quite a bit of Northern/Mid Italy (including Bergamo) and got to know Bologna pretty well. Definitely something about it, an atmosphere, that the likes of France, Germany and Spain doesn't have for me. I look forward to getting into the south at some point in the future.

 That made me dizzy. I have visited Venice,Rome, Florence, Pisa, Naples , Sorrento, Sicily,Sardinia and Capri.  But lots still to see -maybe next year.

 We were planning on spending 3 weeks in italy this year, and 2 in the north. Very upsetting that this is happening to a very friendly bunch of people. We will definitely be back when all this clears up.
