Died from cóvid 19 in the early hours of this morning.
Loved watching him as a kid.

Just read that his real name was Hugh McGinnis and he was born in Glasgow but raised in Manchester.

Same here Thaipar-very gentle humour and a great impressionist- was it Deputy Dawg or whom - I have a mental picture of him in costume with long droopy ears
