I've recently bought a flat that's sitting empty.
Can anyone recommend a painter & decorator who does a good job at a reasonable price?
I appreciate it's a long shot getting somebody to take on a job just now but I'm thinking that there might be somebody struggling for work?
Is your cat making too much noise all the time?
