 Lazy sods - recycling

Duloch Tesco now home to a new Munro for people to climb. People dumping their recycling (and household by looks of things) at the side of the bins. Saw a fella in a BMW do it in broad daylight. Hopefully the CCTV is in operation. The bin men are doing a great job so this is a kick in the teeth for them.

Can understand it to some extent given there's been reduced cardboard collections, but this looked like landfill and bags of clothes.
