Getting way out of control on the phone and personal and business email accounts. I spend ages deleting an ever expanding list of junkmail and scams.

What is the best solution?

Search for "have I been pwned" and check your email. It's likely you have if you've ever used the email account for social media or booking flights.

You could change your email address but it'll probably happen eventually. Key thing is marking the spam as spam rather than simply deleting it.

Business one pwned in 2 breaches and personnal acc pwned in 7. Neither have any pastes!???
Didn't understand the techy explanation lol.
Not clear what to do to fix it other than changing email address or paying someone £6 per month....probably for each address.

My business account is hosted by MTC and I use windows 10 mail. My phone is android. My mail syncs to my phone via outlook i think.
