Sounds like you may want to think about drainage too. I think last week was a once in a lifetime type storm but it could become more and more frequent. This sort of weather will hopefully make the planners think twice when signing off houses on known flood plains.

The person who has agreed to do the wall is very experienced in building work. Also, the neighbour I share the driveway with is organising for the drains in the driveway to be cleaned out. Cheers.

widtink. that puts me in mind of the time we went to Morocco with the Pars when Jimmy Calderwood was the manager, we went into a group of shops just outside our hotel for a phone card. I came out with a holdall, a Kaftan and a pair of baffies. .

Brilliant Busspasspar. We were in Casablanca for a testimonial match on the Wednesday and I kid you not, the recipient of the testimonial didnae get any money, they had what he got displayed in front of the directors box where we were sittiing.
A washing machine........a fridge freezer.......hoover........tumble dryer.....crystal.
