If it's just for you and mates rather than a club, then sometimes just as well having a look at the like of mandm direct. They have a fair few stock umbro/puma etc stuff that you can pick up fairly cheap.

If you'd be OK with decent quality plain t-shirts - Matalan had several colours in a variety of sizes in v neck style.
Around £4 if I mind right - no need for "Gucci" kit.

Direct Soccer in Dundee are good, so are Football Nation in Edinburgh.
Both have decent websites to order from and a range of cheaper stuff like Joma and Errea to more expensive kits like Adidas and Nike.
Always something on offer too.
