Hey troops,
Came across a large pile of rubbish, an old bed, mattress, bags of what looks like decorating debris on a little used farm road while out on the bike today.
Had a wee shifty about it and found a piece of post with an address in Culross. ( I assume this isn`t the actual ****hole who tipped it but he will know who it is)
Whats the best place to report this? Anyone with experience of reporting?

I would imagine Fife Council would be your best bet. Environmental department?

Police. I`m sure the first port of call will be Culross?
It`s bloody tough being a legend

Fife Council website. I reported a white van man a few years back for dumping a load of stuff out the back of his van at Tesco. They'll ask for any details you have and follow up. If it's an address then the person should have details of who they hired, assuming they didn't do it themselves.

I thought this was maybe a follow-up to `Fly Fishing` by J R Hartley.
