 XBOX Repair

My laddie's Xbox One has stopped sending video to the tv. He can hear the tones through the headset when he presses buttons on the controller so it seems to be working.
A factory reset has failed to solve the issue which could be down to him not closing it down properly although I'm not an expert.
Can anyone recommend someone local to Dunfermline who can fix at a reasonable price?

Have you checked the hdmi cable. Maybe not connected fully.

Yeah I agree the hdmi should be checked. Also maybe worth trying it on another TV to make sure that it`s the TV that isn`t the problem.

And although my eyes were open
They just might as well be closed

Thanks guys. Yes I've done all that.
Tested the hdmi cable to the same tv using a laptop and it worked fine.
Moved the Xbox to another tv and it didn't work.

Not yet mate. It's exam time for him just now and it's a well known fact that these things take a bit longer at this of year if you get my drift. I could see it being fixed in a couple of weeks 😉
