Morning all. I have been seeing my local osteopath about some back trouble and for the most part it's a lot better. However, I have recently developed bad sciatic pain at the back of my left leg and calf muscle.
I will be coming up to Fife in the next few days for a friend's wedding. Can you recommend anyone local for treatment (if it continues to get worse)?

Not a nice thing, it's almost as if it goes running through an area whete it's impossible to stretch out. Almost like an itch you cannot reach.
A couple of tramadol did trick for me but i appreciate thats akin to using a sledgehammer to crack a nut for some people and not the easiest thing to get a hold of.
