 Sandy Wallace, cycling legend (d)

Heard yesterday that cycling legend and former docky, Sandy Wallace, has passed away following a short illness :)

I`m still riding an ancient Coventry Eagle bought from his Inverkeithing shop in 1988.

That's sad to hear... Bought many a bike from him and was chatting to him last year when he was at Ryan's shop across the road from where his used to be.
He also let my oldest do this work experience in his shop

He allegedly once broke a crank at the start of a sprint! He used to train at the Path O Condie where there are some fearsome climbs.
