Anybody know if these late night buses are still going? Used to be one leaving Waverley Bridge at about 1 and 3 but can’t see anything on the Stagecoach website.
Making allowances in case I miss the last train tonight!

Doesn't the X55 leave the Scott Monument at 2345 hrs?

Alternatively get the airlink bus to the airport at 0330, and then a bus home from there lol

Went for the last train!
Think perhaps Stagecoach have stopped the late buses. Not sure if it’s temporary or permanent

Hope you got home OK. I've been on at least a couple of nights out where I've turned up at the train station only to find the last train has been cancelled! 🤬

Aye, me too! £50 Uber. No hint of Scotrail of putting on buses or taxis even after an hour and a half of delay. Though they did say your ticket could be used the next day. Gee, thanks!

I thought if you had a ticket already they had a duty to get you home or pay accommodation costs.

😂 Oh, my sides! ScotRail pay for something? It's a distant memory now but I stopped using ScotRail after weeks of them cancelling my train home (same train every day). Absolute shambles of an outfit. Using ancient carriages for Fife and packing us all in like sardines. Busiest route in Scotland yet the investment was zero. Still, following significant investment, you could now get from Edinburgh to Glasgow 3 minutes quicker.
Part of this was down to the Scottish Government who couldn't run a bath.

I can't even blame scotrail for my examples - the first one was in Bath (trying to get home to Bristol) and the other in Cambridge (trying to get home to Bury St Edmunds)! 🤣
