Seems to be a regular issue, however Athletics training cancelled tonight because an athlete was assaulted on the track by a traveller this morning it`s alleged.

The kids athletics training had to finish early yesterday as they were banging on the doors etc demands access to the showers.
They really like to endear themselves. We live quite close, will double check the doors are locked that’s for sure.
Back to being drenched in my own negativity….

I'd like to think "bad" travellers are in the minority. However, am I right in thinking the reason the facilities up by Kelty are boarded up is because they were vandalised by tenants?

second time in 3/4 weeks there have been a travelling group in the area. Issues with human and animal excrement being dumped as well as other excessive litter issues.

Why the hell are the police not involved in this ?If true,the aledged, assault should be dealt with.Some travelling folk,don't give a toss,about local rules and regulations. Absolute scum in my book.Oops, the PC brigade will be most upset!

The athlete would need to identify who committed the crime. I suspect it's stone throwing and probably kids.
The police will be down to tell them to bugger off soon. They'll be away by the weekend.
