If you've had the problem for some time and it's not an emergency, then I don't think you should be going to Accident & Emergency, they're swamped as it is.

Your GP should be able to refer you to an appropriate specialist. (But NHS is under such pressure with Covid demands that any non-urgent operations will be delayed.)

NHS Fife had already cancelled all non urgent operations.
None of this is going to be fixed in a hurry but the Scottish Government is going to have to use their tax raising powers soon and bump up income tax to start funding the NHS rebuild.

And although my eyes were open

You will wait a while, i was operated on pre covid and it went wrong and was meant to get more surgery to alter this but was put on hold now ive lost sight in my eye,nerves damaged and wont be able to see out my eye again.

On the plus side i can only see half if how bad the pard are at the moment.
