Puppies are massively expensive right now. You could consider looking at a dog charity. There are many with pups from Romania. Means you wouldn't necessarily get a westie but they'll likely have smaller dogs.

Lab,I have just now cost 550 quid,nine years ago.Worth every penny,but prices now are just sheer,rip off,and profiteering. Give a dog,at a charity ,a home.
