🙁☹ Have been with them for about 4 years and saved a small fortune compared to what I was paying Scottish Gas.
I liked the informal, friendly way they communicate and keep their customers informed. I thought they had weathered the storm.
Not your average Sunday League player.

Does administration mean the money I have in the bonus bank will be transferred to a new company? I keep my account heavily in credit for the winter months, so I am hoping I will get my money back.

We have been customers for a few years as well, good service, no complaints.
I particularly liked the ease of submitting meter readings and checking energy usage etc. online.
Advice coming down from on high - print off most recent statements and take date stamped photos of meter readings.
