I see the annual "my leccy meter is birling round faster than yours" competition is well and truly underway at Duloch.
It`s like Blackpool illuminations up there min 🤣
Some cracking displays it must be said.

The house by the roundabout on Aberdour Road before you turn to go to Tesco is usually a topper.

I imagine most are running LEDs so the cost will be pennies. I worry more about the effort to get the lights untangled and up on the house. They maybe get the window cleaner to do it.

The one on Aberdour Road is awesome. Proper scaffolding up for the installation too, so no worries on that front.

We make sure to go that way any journey we can just to see it...

Like Jake said, with most lights being LEDs now the cost (and energy consumption) is not nearly as big as some might think.

Surprised noone has mentioned the one in Pitcorthie. Must be able to see it from space! Admittedly, I take the family to see it every year.

There used to be an absolute stoater every year down near the dockyard by the road that goes past hms Caledonia.
Don`t know if they still do it but it had moving reindeer in the garden. It was class
