Going through to Glasgow on Saturday and was looking at the bus as an option…
There’s an east of Scotland day rider ticket for £9 - but I’m not sure if is that single use? or does it mean I could use that same ticket to get back?

Cool - that’s not bad value. Can you pay by card on a Stagecoach bus?

Can pay by contactless card, Apple Pay etc.
This allows unlimited use around Fife and as far as Glasgow, Edinburgh, Perth, Dundee, St Andrews and Livingston on the day of issue.

So used the bus and what a pleasant experience.
Paid by contactless, £9 return. Comfy seat with usb charger so watched a film on the way. Took 1hr 10mins, longer than driving, but probably cheaper than petrol and no looking for or paying for car parking - plus has a beer with my lunch.
Will defo use again

The £9(increasing to £9.50 on May 8th) East Scotland dayrider also extends to the X7 service from Dundee to Aberdeen.
It`s £30(going up to £31.50 on May 8th) for a weekly ticket.Well worth it if you`re travelling outside of West/South Fife a couple of times.
