 Android/Windows Tablet

Looking for some advice from the IT experts if possible? I`m in the market for an android/windows tablet for my work. It will be used mostly for photos, emails, note taking (ideally with pencil/handwriting function).

Looking for one that won`t break the bank but do the job. Can offload photos etc onto one drive so no need for mega storage either.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
