Got a suitcase with two wheels broken. It`s quite a decent case. Anyone know somewhere local who can repair?

Might be better investing in a new case - wheels are notoriously difficult to replace……all depends on the nature of the damage.
B and M have special offer on IT lightweight cases, large size at £45 - I would have bought them had our present luggage not been in such good nick.

I wonder if Timsons could do something, they are pretty handy folk for repairs

Thanks for that. I `phoned Timpsons but they don`t do wheels. I also emailed the makers (Tripp) but they haven`t come back to me yet. I did find an old suitcase in the loft and managed to take 2 wheels and brackets off it and replace the broken ones - not an exact fit but they feel quite secure.
My first thought was to just get a new case but her indoors `likes that one`! and wanted to keep it!

In which case (groan) you might want to suggest to her that she can fix it next time it has a burst wheel !!! 🪛

Thought Tripp suitcases had a long term guarantee?

Just got an email from Tripp. They`re sending me a new case. Happy with that!

All it took was a quick trunk call to Tripp
