 Windows restore Help

I am in a right fankle probably my age but I have made a right erse of my desktop
So I would like to restore it back a week .. Its windows 10 I think

I have tried but they have made it so difficult from the old days I am lost

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Type:

windows 10 restore point

Into a browser, follow the instructions.
