Probably the same numpties that discharge and throw pyrotechics at football grounds.
The local Fire Service personnel will be praying for heavy rain this weekend.

Moved away from Dundee two weeks ago and it`s already fallen apart. Was keeping the place in order IMO.

Live near the waterfront so missed most of it but Kirkton was absolute chaos last night. Twitter has a lot better examples than the media have been showing of what was happening.
Rumours are it`s related to the death of a kid a while back and the young wee gangs decided to just torch the scheme
