Could try universal computers?
Before that, you could try putting a Linux distro on a USB stick and booting to that then seeing if it detects it. Windows 10 seems to be a bit iffy in detecting some drives.

Could it simply be that a drive letter hasn’t been assigned? Check that by opening up Disk Utility (think that’s what it’s called) and see if the drive is listed, and if so assign a volume letter to it.

Have you tried pulling the drive out of the enclosure? Usually it`s just a standard drive inside and you then slave it in a pc or put it in a different caddy.
*Edited to say, this should be done as a last resort once all software options are exhausted as the pins could be soldered inside or the case out together with super glue!

Used to be able to do lots of data recovery years ago but only tip I do remember is put your drive in a fridge or a short freezer visit.I can remember using that a few times if drive was hard to access. In an external case your drive inside will not be soldered just normal plugs inside.
