I have an annoying pop up from the top right of my screen with the settings logo and a message saying critical virus click here

I have tried everything I can think of to get rid of it .. appears to be macaffee that I don`t have

I have even bought the years antivirus 1 and did a full scan but it is still there
Any help advice greatly appreciated as always
