I regularly pass Bathgate - Dreadnought & peruse the up and coming events, lots of cover bands with some good names.

I tried to get a Volbeat thing going, but couldn`t get a decent enough band together. We were gonna be called Smolbeat

Quite a few tribute bands on the go and there is a demand for them.
McFleetwood is a a cracking name for one of the Fleetwood Mac tribs that are playing PJ`s on 31st March.
Simple Minded are in PJ`s on 18th March.
Enjoy the Silence a Depeche Mode trib are also in PJ`s in September.
Have a look at Rubber Stamp Promotions on Facebook for a variety of others.

Those aren`t great/ amusing names though. It was a great bit of advertising however

Personally I think McFleetwood is a belter given the Scottish link and the band member being called Mick Fleetwood.
It wasn`t advertising as I have no affiliation to PJ`s or Rubber Stamp but I do believe in supporting the local music scene.
