I got through on the phone after 20 minutes. Then renegotiated my contract fairly easily.

My Missus spent 4 and a half hours on the online chat to downgrade our Sky!
She ended up with Sky Q, which is cheaper than what we were paying with our old Sky HD contract which had been creeping up in price for years.
We’ve not got the Sky Q box yet, but I notice our Sky Atlantic channel no longer works in HD. I’m getting the feeling we might’ve been shafted.
