Is that what the sign on the door says? Noticed it last week but was too far away to read it.
I hope whoever owns Sinky`s actually converts it into flats as planned as it looks a state. Too many buildings seem to get bought, given permission for conversion then put back on the market. Johnson`s seems to have gone that way as has the old solicitors office next to the gap site. There should be rules to stop people sitting in properties like that.
