Just wondering if I should put this on the trading floor instead of here but I’ve got a pile of old vinyl LPs which have been found in the house clearance.
For any of you old rockers who (still) have a record player this is the list:
(I’ve not titled the collections with numbers but if you’d like to know please just ask).
They’re all free to a good home. I’m no posting any so you’ll have to collect.
Magnum x3
Yes x 11
Rush x 12
Marillion Clutching at Straws
The Blue Oyster Cult x4
Mike Rutherford -Acting Very Strange
ELP triple LP
The Alan Parsons Project
Robert Plant -The Principle of Moments
GTR
Genesis -Rock Roots
Camel -Breathless
Boston
Hawkwind-Levitation
UFO x2
Steve Halkett x7

When CDs became the thing I took a load of vinyl to a big record fair to off load them…only to find scores of others wandering mournfully around doing the same with the same lack of success.
Only got a few quid for a couple after close examination for scratches, the rest went in the bin!

Many thanks DA. Exit Stage Left is an all time favourite, but any would do. I’ve just got a record deck again after about 30 odd years and not much to play on it yet 😊

Are they no your brother`s?
I`m sure I`d normally see him wandering the corridors with a Rush album under his arm.
Could be thinking about someone else right enough. It was over 40 years ago.

Jings crivens whit have I started 😂
Aye some belonged to my big brother but he’s already sorted the ones out he wanted to keep - as well as the big sister selection for her new fangled record player. Seems to be aw the rage these days.
These are all the ones which are left. Tbh I’ve no heard o many 😂. I’m way too young 😜
Not wanting any money for them - truly - thank you to those wanting to make a donation to charity. So very kind of you.
I’ll just sort the hoose for the Morton vinyl record open day and ye can all get a cuppa tea and a bun.
It might be easier for you all to email me ~ buffy2daisyj@gmail.com
