Any recommendations for a local garage that is authorised to do Audi service? I say that as now the service book is held online.
O’Neill Motors are down by the dockyard, but wondered if any posters use others that are handier ?

Could Specialist Volkswagen do it? All the VAG cars are essentially the same but with different trim levels.

Probably not, if that was the case then Seat and Skoda are part of VAG so other options

Hi Raymie,
I think it depends what you mean by "authorised".
I think only the main dealers have access to add to the official Audi service records but VAG have a system called erWin which has a section for independent garages to record service records.
Robertson Autocare got set up on the Skoda version of erWin for me. There are versions of erWin for VW, Seat and Audi as I understand it.

Had a quick check and Fife Seat (Kirkcaldy) say they`re qualified to work on Audi, Seat, Skoda and VW.
Specialist VW have a unit behind B&Q in addition to their showroom at Halbeath but only seem to do work on VWs. Seems odd given it`s the same parts and engines. In some cases it`s the exact same car (Seat Exeo/Audi A4 and Skoda Rapid/Seat Toledo).

Raymie, I bought an Audi service book from Amazon and get the book stamped by the garage doing the service.
I personally use T Page on Saline Main St.
