 Ayrshire butcher We Hae Meat has declared 25 March a celebration of this renowned Scottish delicacy.
 It was chosen because it’s err…a square number..
 Just by coincidence I bought a brick sized block of this very product yesterday.  Saturday mornings aren’t complete without it on a roll, and brown sauce of course.
 Got enough to see me through to next Autumn!
