There used to be Peacocks in the grounds of Greenfield Park, Alloa - then some imbecilic pond life scum came along and attacked them…some killed if memory serves.

Really good to see this highlighted nationally and also to recognise all the work done by volunteers to look after the peacocks and peahens. They`re definitely something that are beautiful to see but also an attraction for visitors.

We`ve got some on a local estate. They are incredibly friendly, particularly with younger kids.
Lovely things, and very relaxing animals to spend time with.
