if you look at the "debt collectors" address it will surprisingly be the office next door to the parking enforcement company.
Youll see the same responses here all the time about ignore it etc.
1. They are enforceable
2. They are unlikley to come after you for 1 tiicket, if there are multiple or costs in the thousands etc its then worth their while taking you to court.
3. ultimatley its your choice whether you pay or not.
