Back to last night & Houston safely through before a dominant display by Baltimore, despite the Steelers best efforts to make it competitive in the second half.

Onto the Divisional Round tonight with Houston at Kansas & Washington at Detroit
Not really supporting any teams as such but would be great for the Lions to go all the way, given how terrible they were for years. Gives those of us supporting poor teams hope haha!
Tomorrow we have LA at Philly & then, hopefully the game of the round (as I`ve taken off Monday so I can watch it lol) Baltimore at Buffalo.
Looking forward to the clash of 2 cracking QBs and hoping the defenses don`t cancel each other out!

The tables have definitely turned as NFL fans are now treating the Chiefs as the new Patriots ,most fans hoping they lose.
The Chiefs do seem to get a good few decisions go for them, and Mahomes is definitely a protected person .

They actually called a penalty on the Texans for their defenders hitting each other over the top of Mahomes - staggering! And Mahones swan dive out of bounds trying to win another penalty was an embarrassment.

2 good games last night - enjoyed them both.
Crazy that Andrews prob makes that catch 99 times out of 100 but play off football / weather conditions meant he fumbles it & the Bills move on ๐๐ผ

Think the Chiefs will just find a way to grind out the Super Bowl.
Iโd had them facing Eagles going into the playoffs but Eagles havenโt looked that impressive.
If Hurts is 100% fit youโd have them slight favourites at home to Commanders however Washington have hit form at the right time, won in Philly already and that win versus the Lions was very impressive.
Really is a 50/50 for me that one.

Josh Allen could end up being another Jim Kelly , great QB but never won the superbowl.

You have to start asking questions about the Bills coaching, they can`t get over the hump against this Kansas City team.
Defensively the Bills just can`t seem to figure out how to shut them down season after season, I`m not sure what else Josh Allen could do to win a game!
In any case it should be an entertaining game, my one hope is the refs just get the big calls right for both teams. It was two pretty egregious errors that the Bills got screwed on.
The NFL, despite the investment in the number of cameras etc is running into the same issues our football is with VAR and what the referees are actually looking at when reviewing a decision.

There`s no doubt that Mahomes is more protected than quarterbacks of lesser teams , although Brady was probably the same .
The thing is having the talent and ability to maximise the slight advantages you get .

Totally agree if it goes down to the last 5 minutes, the Cheifs defence will stop the Eagles, if Cheifs are down Mahomes etc all ,will get the field goal or touch down they need , they have done it 17 games in a row.
